Payment Policy
📩 The Studio has a monthly invoicing schedule. Invoices will be emailed out by the 2nd of each month and payment is due by the 10th of the month for that month’s lessons.
Cancellation Policy
Individual and Duet Lessons
🕒 Students must provide notice at least 72 hours before a scheduled lesson if you need to reschedule or cancel. If less than 72 hours notice is given, you will be charged for the lesson.
For unexpected illness, traffic, or other situations, consider attending via FaceTime or Zoom.
Note: Extreme situations, like widespread power outages, will be handled on a case by case basis.
Group Voice Class & Duet Piano Class
🚫⏰ There are no makeups for missed group classes.
Lesson Termination Policy
👋🎬 A minimum of one week’s written notice is required to cancel private, duet, or trio. Prepaid lessons scheduled at least one week after your notice will be refunded.
